This website is owned and operated by O'Connell Valor Fund, Inc. These Terms set forth the terms and conditions under which you may use our website and services as offered by us. This website offers visitors an opportunity to donate to help Veterans in need, and/or collaborate with O'Connell Fund Inc. By accessing or using the website of our service, you approve that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms.

In order to use our website and/or receive our services, you must be at least of the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, and possess the legal authority, right and freedom to enter into these Terms as a binding agreement. You are not allowed to use this website if doing so is prohibited in your country or under any law or regulation applicable to you.

When making a donation, you agree that: (i) you are responsible for understanding the intent of the donation is to support O'Connell Valor Fund, Inc efforts to support local Veterans in need: (ii) you enter into a legally binding contract to donate to our cause when you commit to donate and complete the check-out payment process.

Refunds:

Refund requests must be made within 14 days of the date of the donation; this applies to both one-time and recurring donations. Gifts from our generous donors are swiftly employed in our mission to support Veterans.

Refunds are made using the original method of payment. For example, if you made your donation by credit card, your refund will be credited to that same credit card. Project HOPE may ask for proof of identity and backup documentation before issuing a refund. You are responsible for any and all tax considerations that may arise if your donation is refunded.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund of your donation made directly to O'Connell Valor Fund, Inc,,via email at ocvalor@outlook.com and provide:

Your full name,
the email address you used when making the donation,
your city and state,
your phone number,
date on which the donation was made,
the total amount of the relevant donation
payment method, and all relevant circumstances justifying your request.

Upon receipt we will review your request and endeavor to respond to you within two business days. If your request is accepted, we will process the refund as quickly as possible. Please note that it may take 10-14 business days until a refund reaches your account.
